The room was a good size and had everything I needed like control over the AC, a safe for my stuff, and a TV with lots of channels. the bed was cozy and I had my own bathroom 🚿. the location was super convenient - I could easily walk to all the places I planned to visit.

Check in was early, hotel was well-appointed, locations was particularly good very close to bus terminal. We greatly enjoyed rooms with all amenities. All in all our stay was comfortable, nothing too much trouble.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and we enjoyed the variety of dishes. the hotel staff was always helpful and accommodating, and they made sure we had everything we needed. the location of the hotel was very convenient, and we were able to easily access nearby attractions and restaurants.

The price of the room was a bit high for what it offered. we didn't like the fact that the hotel used mosquito killer spray in the room, which made us a bit uncomfortable.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel, close to the metro station and easy to exit. The breakfast provided was fresh and delicious, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable and the hotel facilities were great, providing us with toiletries daily.

I had a great 3-day stay at this hotel. The location was excellent, being almost in the center of the city but still away from the busy beaches. The staff were warm and friendly, and the service was prompt. The rooms were spacious and clean, with all the basic amenities provided. Despite being on a busy main road, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The air-conditioning worked really well, and the hot water was available even at 10pm. I also enjoyed the tasty and unlimited vegetarian south Indian breakfast.

We had a few issues during our stay. the hot water in the shower was not consistent and would go from warm to cold very quickly.

We arrived late at night and requested extra time for check-out the next day. The morning staff agreed, but the evening staff did not. It would be more hospitable to accommodate guests' needs, especially elderly ladies. The location and design of the dining room were pleasant.
